Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executive specialized in building construction or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project, including design, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor project team members.
• Ensure quality assurance and delivery of projects within budget and schedule.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum3-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or design industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle technical and engineering problems
• Well experienced with Precast yard operation, precast methods/process
• Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at site
• Gather, check site date, recording and monitoring of site work progress/ productivity
• Propose alternative work method or other ways to increase productivity
• Ensure all workers at site comply with quality, environment, health & safety requirements
• Ensure all relevant permit are applied before work commence.
• Settle disputes & address clarifications on site
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the Civil projects (infrastructure/ road/ bridge) is required for this position
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and deliver assignments on time;
• Well experienced in Segmental Bridge construction
• Must be able to do Method Preparation for all type of Bridge Projects
• Launching Gantry Assembly and Erection of Segment experience is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Team player with excellent communication, coordination and personal interaction skills;
