Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 7 years and above experience in building projects/civil preferred
• Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of staff
• Able to work independently, good people management skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and teams on the project.
• Possess good problem-solving skills
• Experience in condominium construction highly preferred

• Comprehensive understanding of the drawings and specification, phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
• Supervising and leading workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site works
• Assisting in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues

• Monitoring job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule
• Participate in any WSH-related campaign and activities when required. (WSH Inspection, TBM, etc.)

Job Description:

• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model changes
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform
• Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilisation of BIM software and tools
• Able to use naviswork to present VDC
• Attend coordination meeting with Project Consultants and coordinate with BIM Coordinators of other disciplines
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build
• Carry out proper procedures & preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue & authority submission of the project assigned.
• Production of shop-drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models if required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive the tipper truck to transport materials to and from various job sites.
• Assist in loading materials onto the the truck, ensuring they are securely placed to prevent spillage.
• Perform routine checks on the truck, including checking the engine, brakes, tires, lights and other essential systems.
• Report any mechanical issues or damage to maintenance staff.
• Keep the truck clean and maintain its overall condition.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE when required.
• Monitor the weight limits of the truck to prevent overloading.
