Monitor and ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and Authority codes. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering recognised by Singapore

Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.

Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office

1 Able to read and interpret structural drawing for awning and steel work .

2 Take onsite measurement

3 Cut and fit material (as per drawing)

4 Able to weld material

5 Have valid Singapore class 3 driving license

6 Other job tasks when allocated by supervisor

7 Good knowledge of gas cutting and handle torch.

8 Able to do long working hours (able to work on Saturday and Sunday )

9 Able to carry weight manually ( 20KG to 25 KG )

10 must have construction safety supervisor course.

11 open for all nationality (Singaporean/ PR are preferred)

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experiences in Structural Steel will be advantageous.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
