• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements :

• Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
• Able to meet deadlines
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, maintain safety procedures, and manage records.
• Develop and enforce safety policies, emergency procedures, and ISO standards.
• Lead the safety team, monitor site safety, and conduct training programs.
• Perform daily safety inspections, investigate incidents, and recommend improvements.
• Assist with risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety documentation, analyze safety statistics, and enforce safety rules.
• Coordinate with authorities, manage safety committee meetings, and organize safety training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min. 4 years of construction site safety inspections working experiences.
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM and Environmental Control Officer with NEA.
• Possess Work-At-Height and Risk Management Certificate.
• Possess relevant certifications / qualifications in Workplace Safety & Health.
• Project starts in 2025.
