• Provide leadership and training to the QA/QC team to ensure consistent adherence to quality protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction sector, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools and systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ITPs).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.
• Monitor construction activities and document quality-related issues.
• Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager to resolve non-conformities and implement CAPA.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare quality reports for project management.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders on quality-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction sector.
• Familiarity with construction quality standards and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
