The Business Development Manager is responsible for pursuing sales opportunities to sell Geotechnical Instrumentation and monitoring, Site Investigation, and related testing services to clients across the Construction Industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Asia), the BDM is responsible for driving and achieving growth with High Touch Accounts and by prospecting for new opportunities with new clients. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to progress to a sales responsibility for the full breadth of the company's construction services and beyond. Job Duties:

• Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
• Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients
• Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends to determine customer needs.
• Identify opportunities early in the sales cycle to ensure maximum share of wallet for the Company

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering or Site investigation would be an advantage
• Some experience in Quantity Surveying &/or Construction Project management a plus

• Must have valid Driver’s License, with an acceptable driving record under the Company’s policy.
