Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within the specified budget and resources. The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in project planning, cost estimation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project requirements and specifications.

- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and work schedules.

- Conduct site visits to assess progress, gather data for cost control, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Monitor and evaluate project costs, identifying any variances and implementing corrective actions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.

- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.

- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information among team members and stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for project management.

- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment.

- Assist in managing project budgets and tracking project expenses, including invoicing.

Job Responsibilities:

· Support continuous improvement efforts in daily operation and operations activities.

· Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.

· Analyse and provide timely respond to customer complaints.

· Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.

Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.

· Good knowledge of ASME IX, AWS D1.1, ISO 9001, API is preferred.

· Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.

· Knowledge of subsea, structure, metal working industry is preferred.

• To lead and monitor the QS team for variation works, progress claim and cost control.
• Assist in contractual and costing matters, ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Perform and provide supervision to all contractual matter, tendering and procurements procedures (i.e. contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administrations, claims, cost analysis, etc).
• Liaise with Client / Consultant / Sub-contractors / Suppliers on contractual matters including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc.
• Manage and prepare all contract documentation and agreement, as well as provide support in the drafting of specifications, bills of quantities and other tender requirements
• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Manage contracts including progress and variation payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time, etc
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award and payment of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract

Requirement:
