. Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects, is a plus.

The Project Architect reports to the Project Manager and Project Director and ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications. He/She is to verify all interface details are carried out as per drawing plans.

• Plan, design and supervise the construction of infrastructure.
• Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation and seeking Client’s approval
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
• Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
• Works in tandem with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work
• To resolve architectural related issues with stakeholders
