Job Description:

The QAQC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of project works throughout all phases of design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. This role involves implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, performing tests, and collaborating closely with project teams to achieve high-quality project installations that meet industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and enforce quality control plans (QCPs) specific to projects, outlining inspection points, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria.

-Review engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

-Monitor the implementation of quality control measures at various stages of the piping project, from material selection to installation.

Job Description

Responsibilities for Accounts Payable:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Process Expenses claims
• Ensure timely payment of expenses claims and suppliers
• Forecast weekly cash outflow
• Prepare AP month end reporting – eg. Details aging report & accrual and prepayment schedule
• Maintain a good filing system for all paid and unpaid invoices

Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts receivables process
• Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegraphic transfer and giro on a timely manner.
• Follow up closely with and call customers on late payment to clear overdue accounts
• Prepares Accounts receivables ageing report, audit schedules related to Accounts receivables and sends customer Statement of accounts.
• Maintain a good filing system for all invoices and receipts
• Monthly closing and year end audit

Requirement

• Diploma level and above in Accounting/Finance
• 3-5 years local experience in Construction background preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Meticulous, strong organization and communication skills
• Highly responsible with a sense of teamwork
• With a can-do attitude
• Good writing skills (English and Chinese)
• Maintain a professional appearance at all time

Job Description

• Coordinate and management of all M&E works
• Evaluates electrical or mechanical system, products, components and applications by designing
• Conducting research programs, applying knowledge of electricity or mechanical and materials
• Create system and components capabilities by designing testing methods, testing properties
• Develops electrical or mechanical products by studying customer requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials
• Assures product quality by designing electrical or mechanical testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities
• Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
• And other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Able to understand the AutoCAD, PNID, BQ & sketch Isometric drawing

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Experience in the field of M&E for 1 years and above
• Relevant experience in semiconductor field
• Knowledge in M&E work aspect
• Prefer Mechanical or Electrical background or relevant experience
• As current project, candidate will be based at Tampines project site for at least 2 years
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
