Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and work with project team to assigned project(s)
• Perform engineering duties such as engineering calculations, planning, tender, estimates, costing, taking off measurement
• Liaison with clients, project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders who handling the project matters
• Preparation / Evaluations as part of the engineering project team
• Update projects monthly report and assist on progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts
• QA/QC documentation review of engineering deliverables
• Any other required duties as required by the Project Team
• Suggests ways to increase revenues and efficiency
• Interpretation of specifications, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant documents
• Carry out testing and commissioning of M&E installations
• Assist the site team on obtaining Variation Orders (VOs), Value Engineering, Recruitment
• Other scope of work assigns by the Senior Project Manager / Project Director
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant work experience in relevant field

Job Scope:

1. Site Supervision: To Oversee daily construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and timelines.

2. Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

3. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

4. Technical Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and resolve any engineering-related issues that arise.

5. Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to assess progress and identify any potential problems early.

6. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, logs, and photographs.

7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and promote a safe working environment.

8. Problem Solving: Identify issues and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

9. Client Communication: Liaise with clients to update them on progress and address any concerns.

10. Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking project expenses and resource allocation to stay within budget.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering OR any equivalent is welcome to apply
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction practices and regulations.
• Good to have experience with LTA project

• 6 working days in container office on site.
• Willing to travel as and when neeeded.
