We are now seeking for candidates for the position of: Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (Singapore)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and supervise projects which include landscape and horticultural construction, horticultural, and landscape maintenance.
· Perform tree inspections and tree-related tasks.
· Pre-empt and trouble shoot on site problems.
· Manage workforce, resolve manpower-related challenges and conflicts on sites.
· Ensure safety regulation are implemented and complied with.
· Plan and prepare work schedules, supervise site work, certify work done and keep work records.
· Ensure accurate documentation of project costs.
· Close project and submit timely and accurate billing paperwork for invoicing.
· Analyse project budget and actual costs and relate to future estimates.
· Attend site inspection, tender show round and meeting.
· Assist in bidding, estimating, and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
· Degree in Horticulture or other relevant fields.
· Minimum 3 years local working experience in project management.
· Good computer skills and fully competent in MS Office software.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Certified Arborist or Certified Practicing Horticulturist.
The working days/hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday - 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (Alternate 2 sat off a month )
