Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and thorough quality control
• Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and secure projects to support company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Monitor project costs and revenues to ensure profitability, and advise on cost-effective practices
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms
• Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and on-site teams
• Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement process improvements
• Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies

We are seeking a Tender Manager to lead the tendering process and oversee the technical aspects of design and project management for complex electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Design Management: Develop innovative design strategies and oversee their successful implementation for each project.
• Team Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on design processes, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Procurement Advisory: Offer insights on material selection and procurement to optimize project outcomes.

• Strong understanding of design compliance, health and safety regulations, and Singapore standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in technical drawing preparation and software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5.5 working days (Mon to Fri 8 AM – 5 PM, Sat half day)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,900 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising and meeting with customers for road construction and resurfacing projects
• Assist with planning, executing, and monitoring road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing project progress
• Assist Operations Manager in all road and airfield runway construction projects including resurfacing operations-related matters, manpower, equipment, safety, and site surveys
• Attend meetings with customers and clients
• Decision-making for equipment and team allocation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification
• Has experience with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA)
• Prior experience with road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing is required

• A class 3 driving license is required
