The AV Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audiovisual equipment for events and meetings at Mondrian Singapore Duxton. How your day looks like?

AV Setup and Operation

· Set up, test, and operate audiovisual equipment, including projectors, microphones, speakers, soundboards, lighting systems, and video conferencing tools.

· Ensure all AV equipment is installed and functioning properly before events.

· Operate AV systems during live events, addressing technical issues as they arise.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

· Perform regular inspections and maintenance of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Client and Team Support

• Train and guide hotel staff on the proper use of basic AV equipment.

Documentation and Inventory

· Maintain accurate records of AV equipment usage, inventory, and maintenance schedules.

· Prepare reports on AV system performance and suggest upgrades or improvements.

· Ensure all AV equipment is stored securely and accounted for after each event.

Event Execution

• Provide on-site technical support during events to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor AV systems throughout the event, making real-time adjustments as needed.

• Assist with event debriefs to identify areas for improvement in AV service delivery.

Requirements

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in AV setup and operations, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.

Responsibilities:

• To achieve sales target set by management
• Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry
• Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth
• Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value
• Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of a new customer
• Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc)
• Serve as a role model who embraces company vision, mission and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen and disciplined execution
• Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively
• Work with the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
• Work with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments
• Monthly reporting to the manager as per set format
• Provide solution on case-to-case basis to customer
• Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 -5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
• Must possess own car
• Hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related projects sales

Position : Sales Executive (Outdoor)

Office Location: Jalan Buroh ( Boon Lay )

Salary : Up to $4500 + Commission + Car Allowance

Working Day : 5 days

Working Hours: 830am- 530pm

Job Responsibilities:

• The Sales Executive acts as the points of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
• Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in a professional manner.
• Follow up with the existing accounts, contractors and engineers.
• Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.
• Submit weekly sales run sheet, detailing visit to clients, projects, follow up site demo etc.
• Technical presentations to contractors and engineers upon full product training and support given.
• On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested
• Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.
• Follow up with contractors / engineers/architects / developers on new or existing projects
• Follow up on contacts enquiries.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least primary/ secondary school o level , professional certificate/ NITEC / Diploma in any field
• With knowledge of the construction industry preferred
• Have good sales record
