• Assistant the Project Manager in overseeing the project, planning and ensure work is carry out according to master program
• Liaise with the consultant on technical issue and doing coordination on site issues with sub con
• Work with project team and ability to resolve technical issues
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in building projects

Supervision of works at site in accordance with the design

• Preparation and maintenance of daily report / record

• Check and conduct inspections on works performed by subcontractors / gangs

• Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager

• Handle all problems arising from the project

• Preparation of progress report for the Client / Consultants

• Work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Supervisor to keep the site safe and tidy

• Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the Client / Consultants and completion of the necessary rectification works

• Submission of as-built drawings at the end of the project

What you will be working on:

• Leverage insights and analytics tools to track, measure and optimise BCA’s digital channels to improve communication efforts and enhance the team’s strategies and reach.

• Generate digital performance reports with actionable insights.

• Strategising, conceptualising and implementing digital communications strategies and campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.

• Managing BCA’s digital platforms (including the BCA website, social media channels, EDM) to communicate relevant and useful information to audiences.

• Collaborating with different groups to understand their work and translating them into creative and engaging digital content for our audiences.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital communications and/or data science

• Tertiary qualifications from relevant field of communications and/or data science 

• Familiarity with the use of data analytics tools and social media management platforms

• Familiarity with website content management systems and HTML is a plus.

• A self-motivated individual who is reliable and make a good team player.

• Able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Professional and positive attitude towards work and learning.

• Prepare statutory accounts, working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Checking, matching and verifying invoices.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude and meticulous.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Able to start work immediately
• At least 1 year working experience in the accounting field
• O Level / A Level / LCCI or equivalent.

Job Description

• Support and carry out the Accounts payable function
• Data entry for all the accounts payable invoices and payment voucher, journal entries into accounting system
• Matching of DO, PO with supplier invoices for payment
• AP reconciliation reports to suppliers' statement
• Prepare AP ageing reports
• Close month end accounts
• ISO compliance documentation
• Other duties as assigned by the departmental manager

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant working experience

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Driving within and Outside Construction Site,
2. Disciplined, Responsible, punctual and Reliable,
3. Minimum 3 years Heavy Vehicle Driving Experience ,
4. Familiar with Singapore Roads and comply to Traffic Regulations,
5. To Perform all Duties assigned by the Supervisor,
6. To maintain the vehicles condition, perform basic preventive maintenance,
7. must possess Class 4 Driving Licence and No demerit points,
8. Conduct inspection daily to ensure vehicle is safe
