The Operations Assistant supports the Operations Manager to ensures smooth operations by handling worker passes, safety training, PPE distribution, timecard collection, and other operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Worker Logistics: Assist in planning and coordinating transportation for workers to and from job sites.
• Pass & Safety Compliance: Record, track, and apply for worker passes (e.g., Jurong Island Pass, safety passes) before they expire. Ensure workers meet mandatory training and certification requirements, keep records updated for compliance audits.
• PPE Management: Maintain inventory of PPE and distribute it to workers as needed.
  Ensure PPE records are up-to-date.
• Timecard & Timesheet Management: Collect and review timecards/timesheets from workers at month-end. Ensure records are accurate before submitting to the Accounts department.
• Training Coordination: Monitor workers' mandatory training and enroll them in required courses.
• General Support: Assist the Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks related to daily operations.

Job Description

• Prepare progressive claims and potential variaton claims at regular intervals of the project.
• Maitaining proper documentation of correspondence from contract award to job completion to ensure all relevant claims are lodged accordingly to the client timely.
• Ensure proper closing-out of project account finalization.

Job Specification

• At least a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of Singapore based Quantity Surveyor working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate with experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) will be preferred.
• Willing to work in the West.
• Remuneration will be commensurate in according to working experience.
