• Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
• Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
• Oversee the management of document control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and all other relevant documents.
• Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation of additional works, alterations or design changes, and lead the team in preparing variation orders
• Advise and administer Extension of Time claim
• Ensure timely finalisation of main contract and subcontract
• Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Able to independently lead and manage project

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in project tendering, contract negotiation, administration and/or management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• General role including pre-contract and post contract administration which are including procurement, tender bidding, pricing, cost control, measurement, co-ordination and meeting.
• To support the Contract Manager in ensuring that tender documentation, Sub Contracts Documents, Consultant’s Appointments, etc. are correct and timely.
• Outsource subcontractor; prepare tender analysis (including pricing, drawing, and specification) and comparison for Sub-contractor appointment.
• To liaise and co-ordinate with project site team relating to procurement arrangement and schedule.
• Attend site meeting to report to Client on variation and costing & payment issues.
• Manage submission of progress payment claim and Variation Order to Client. Including pricing for Variation Enquiry from the Client.
• To assist project team resolve contractual issue arise during pre-contract and post-contract stage.
• Monitor budget, cost and expense of the projects.
• Manage final account with client and Sub-Contractors.
• Evaluate progress payment claim from the Sub-Contractor.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or equivalent.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management or equivalent.
• 3 years experience require.

Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary

A valid class 3 driving license

Must be well verse in Singapore roads
