- Source for subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements
- B.Sc / Diploma (Building/QS) or equivalent
- 2 or 3 years of related experience in Civil Engineering environment such as road, earth and external works.
1. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned projects works.
2. Coordination with clients, consultants, authorites, project team and sub-contractor for site work progress.
3. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
4. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
5. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
6. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards and specifications.
