• Generally covering the scope of a Quantity Surveyor from Pre to Post contract Works (e.g. Tendering to final account).

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with Reporting Superior and Project Managers on costing and variation works including final account with Consultants
• Attendance of site meetings /site visit where necessary.

Must be responsible for working with wood to build and repair structures and other items and they also may have to select and source appropriate materials depending on project needs. Must be able to construct, install, and repair a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial structures and fixtures includind the demolition and maintenance of these structures and fixtures.
