• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required.
• To carry out routine servicing in M&E systems (i.a.w. operation requirements).
• To provide initial fault response reported by client.
• Updating and follow up on completed/outstanding faults status.
• To supervise specialist contractors maintenance activities (as & when required).
• To carry out shift duties.
• To carry out additional tasks as instructed by company/ immediate supervisor.

• Responsible to oversee the day-to-day planning, management, operations and safety of facilities management works and service with adequate administrative staff.
• Responsible to carry out systems' heath and obsolescence monitoring, obsolescence management, crisis management, fire safety management, investigation and carry out rooy cause analysis of the incident, not limited to accident, power outage, and systems failure.
• Shall be full-time on-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Workers and site progress.
• Prepare Waterproofing Safety Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS), and Safe Work Procedure (SWP).
• Draw waterproofing sub-drawing using AutoCAD and MicroStation software.
• Ensure that the waterproofing procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, and requirements.
• Liaise with Authorities and Main-contractors.
• Take site measurements and prepare monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• Ensuring Supervisors & Foremen meet client & regulatory work requirements.
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings, and programmes without compromising on quality and safety.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Maintain safe & clean working environment by enforcing rules & regulations.
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full-time supervision of works on site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• BCSS Certificate
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Knowledge of Waterproofing works & Technical
• Knowledge of working at Height
• Minimum 1-year experience in waterproofing works
• Applicants with LTA project experience will be an added advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills
