As an IT Support Executive, you will be a part of the project team to support the IT Business Relationship Manager and Regional IT Team in successfully implementing IT systems to improve business efficiencies and be the leader in Proptech. The role requires the candidate to:

• Transform business needs into epic/user story and work with technical team to drive toward delivery.
• Part of a scrum team and he/she will lead the sprint planning session by providing business goals and priorities.
• Align immediate business needs to longer term strategy system roadmap by working closely cross workstreams.
• Partner closely with QA testers and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Forge strong working relationship with business stakeholders to handle their new requests, operation issues or queries.
• Supports delivery of project(s) through to initiation, requirement analysis, design, build, testing, implementation and closure
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change, providing training and documenting user guides.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of business analyst experience required.
• Experience in IT project implementation, Agile preferred.
• Experience on enterprise application platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks
• Positive, collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of Real Estate preferred
• Excellent knowledge on IT solutions, new technologies and understand technology trends

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of senior/building officers and contractors and liaise with other departments for daily building operations i.e. security, cleaning, carpark, pest control, building finishes and landscaping.
• Handle tenants complain/correspondence and attend meetings with service providers and tenants regularly.
• Establish and ensure good relationships with tenants by timely completion of tenant related matters, such as inspection, handing/taking over and defects management etc.
• Plan and implement routine/preventive maintenance programs/ad hoc upgrading projects and monitor progress of works including the fit-out work by the tenant contractors.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure the highest standard of housekeeping and security etc.
• Timely escalation to the Manager in the event of any incidents having an impact on KPIs/SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal counterparts to provide the highest standard of service to Tenants and to ensure smooth facilitation of company related events.
• Plan and coordinate events such as fire drills and all other exercises.
• Handle all documentation for the fit-out work from the start to completion of the work including Fire Safety Certificates (FSC), drawings and documentation.
• Assist Building Manager in drafting circulars to tenants, preparation of operation and budgets, monitor and track expenses closely within budget, monitor the progress of any on-going works.
• Verify invoices and claims by service providers. Keep track of all the operational, cyclical & capex expenses.
• Prepare, review, and implement operation and risk management procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and work safety.
• Prepare incident/accident, lost and found reports in time of accidents and ensure proper filling.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities related
• Min 4-5 years relevant working experience Knowledge in facilities management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A good team player with strong analytical, planning and interpersonal skills

Purpose of the Job:

To oversee the design approval process and resolve all related issues on restaurant builds and remodels.

Job Size:

The role initially covers the markets of Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Brunei, Guam, Saipan, but market assignment may change from time to time according to the business needs.

This position will be based in Singapore with traveling when required.

• Generate content for bi-monthly D&C Newsletter and drive process;
• Prepare monthly Design Approval Status report;
• Flagging design risks/issues that may compromise the brand, food safety or health of crew;
• Participation in monthly design calls with our markets to track & update market pipeline; and
• Support D&C Manager in any other assignments as required within the D&C scope.

• Tertiary qualification in Interior Design with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in restaurant design
• Strong attention to details and good spatial skills;
• Clear written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong AutoCad, 3D Modeling, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Suites capabilities
• Ability to influence various levels of stakeholders, franchisee engagement experience is desirable
• Strong communicator and analytical skills
