• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues
• Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Architectural Drafter experience in Construction Sector.
• Ability to use AutoCad, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Project, and other digital tools.

• Manage and oversee the administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Manage budgets for the administrative functions of the company, including office supplies and equipment.
• Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate and manage office events and meetings.
• Maintain and update company databases and records.
• Implement and maintain health and safety procedures in the office.
