Responsibilities

• Maintenance of invoices i.e. scanning, updating and posting of invoices in system
• Processing of payments to vendors and perform bank reconciliation
• Liaison with vendors for missing invoices/payment status
• Attach daily bank advice in accounting system
• To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• O Levels/ LCCI / Certificate / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year of related experience

Job Responsibilities

• Providing operational support to clients, and to site team.
• To assist the Reporting Officer in the operation and administrative works:
• Updating work schedule;
• Renewal of licenses with government and statutory board;
• Process enquiries/ feedback and remain highly contactable for clients.
• Defect list and fixing date of inspection and closing summary of defect list and appointment dates.
• Process security pass, access card/carpark, bicycle label.
• Process deposits and refunds.
• Follow quality assurance procedures including cleaning, security, repairs, maintenance, painting, air-conditioning, fire-protection, lifts and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance of PDPA when developing and implementing. policies and processes for handling personal data.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the estate daily.
• Conduct scheduled checks and inspection, escalate irregularities to management and to clients.
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites.
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied.
• Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners.

Job Description & Requirements

• To plan, manage, oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the health, safety and environmental matters for the Project. To advise and report to Developer and ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations.
• To be responsible for health, safety and environmental control, update the Safety Management System Manual and to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• To manage the team of Assistant Safety Managers and ensure all duties and responsibilities required of they are discharged professionally and competently.
• He shall prepare a monthly status update for review with Developer but not restricted to the following:

1. Key leading and lagging indicators
2. Good work practices
3. Inadequacy in work systems or unsatisfactory work practices, and recommendation measures
4. Assessment and appraisal of the team of Assistant Safety Managers
5. The review of Main Contractor’s proposed method statement in the areas of risk assessment and safe working procedure, and to verify that they are properly executed on site.
6. To keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Project Superintending Officer(s) any relevant new legislation.
7. To ensure the notification of the Project Superintending Officer(s) if the corrective action agreed after any workplace inspection is not implemented by the arranged date.
8. To vet and endorse the minutes of all safety-related meetings and other meetings as directed by the Developer.
9. To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
