Job Description

• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned
• Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes
• Liaise with architect
• Input finishing with more details (if any)
• Monitor/checking if there is any crashing
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager
• Able to produce revised shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented drawing.
• Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing
• Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building
• Min 2 years experience in related field for this position
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Bentley AECOsim.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
• Knowledge of structural and MEP systems and their integration into the BIM model.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies in the model.
• Communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with other design and construction professionals.
• Understanding of construction processes and workflows.

A global provider for hyperscale data center is looking for a Project Manager in Singapore. The incumbent will be overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of hyperscale data center projects in Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Manage the commissioning and handover process to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
• Prepare and manage contract negotiations, project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Review constructability of civil, structural, electrical and mechanical system designs associated with the construction of new data centres
• Assist with project cost and contract management
• Develop and review tender packages such as building scope of works, tender evaluations, bid templates, tender reviews etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management for hyperscaler data center construction (>30,000 m2)
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and network systems.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and familiar working in an international environment
• Worked in a hyperscale data center operator/developer
• Ability to travel acorss APAC region
