Role Description (Primary)

This is a full-time role for a Deputy Construction Department Manager. The Deputy Department Manager will work closely with the Construction Department Manager, Engineering Manager and other engineering disciplines to strengthen the construction team and participate in management reviews and other administrative activities as well as project specific activities such as construction planning and cost estimation, proposal preparation, and manhour planning in the bidding and tendering phase. • Liaise with in-house mobile mechanics, the warehouse department, and site in charge regarding machine servicing schedules and parts availability.

• 1 years relevant experience
• 5-day work week
• Company transport provided

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ferrying of staff and dispatch works as assigned
• Ensure timely collections and deliveries of goods / items
• Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep of vehicles at all times
• Perform routine inspection of vehicle and notify of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• To perform work according to health and safety regulations
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
