• Basic knowledge on Accounting (AP,AR)
• Check and verify suppliers' invoices before input into system
• Update of daily collection ledgers
• Maintain proper accounting records
• Assist in issuing sales invoices and official receipt
• Track vouchers and maintain voucher tracking list
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Tracking projects status and follow-up with team for the action items
• In-charge of project team timesheets and keep track of billing status
• Assist Project Mnager in coordinating
• Issuing of sales and purchase related documents (invoice)
• Responsible of general administration function
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
• Daily update in Google Spreadsheet
• Stock taking
• Administrative works about general workers
• Submission for project documents to related parties
