JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
HR duties in accordance with MOM Regulations:
โข Lead and manage a team of HR staff and be responsible for the processing of all work passes for over including the application, renewal, cancellation of Employment, Dependent and S Passes.
โข To organize and plan yearly training programs for staff and workers.
โข Coordination of internal and external training, including the maintaining of attendance records and scheduling.
โข Involved in the full hiring process from the scheduling of Interviews, sitting in with hiring managers, vetting of candidates and salary negotiation.
โข Job posting and liaison with recruitment agencies.
โข Work pass matters: application/renewal/cancellation.
โข Prepare and arrange worker's onboarding and offboarding process.
โข Coordinate and manage dormitory/accommodation matters.
โข Handle worker's home leave and repatriation arrangement.
โข Attendance, leave management and government claims/survey.
โข Arrange training course for workers.
โข Monitor leave management and attendance checks.
โข Provide advice to employees on all HR matters including grievances
โข Bridge between employees and Management team to forge a cordial working environment
โข Preparing of employment contracts, confirmation, promotion and increment notices for all staff including workers
โข Proper documentation of employee movements across project sites, salary adjustments and re-designations.
โข Assist in mid-year and annual performance reviews.
โข Purchase and maintaining company insurance policies, including bonds, foreign workers medical insurance, work injury compensation policy, office policy, hospitalization and surgical policy.
โข Attend MOM court case on workersโ complaints.
โข Provide weekly/monthly HR Reports, including project site headcount, work permit quotas, cost control budgeting and payroll reports.
โข Manage office and factory facilities, monthly office procurement, etc.
โข Manage petty cash and assist in monthly petty cash claims, etc.
โข Arrange monthly meeting.
โข Manage company licensing and certificate renewal, eg. bizSafe, BCA workhead, etc.
โข Manage company vehicles, insurance and road tax renewal, COE, servicing and maintenance, etc.
Job Requirements
ยท Min 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore Building Construction Industry, experience in maincon company
ยท Possess good managerial skills
