Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Experience in managing large-scale construction projects

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Experience in managing and supervising construction teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Location: East

Working days: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Manage the properties in a state of clean and tenable condition.
• Implement Routine and Preventive Maintenance for the properties.
• Supervise and ensure that all types of routines and ad-hoc repair works undertaken by the term contractors are carried out according to the Contract.
• Inspect the properties according to inspection schedule for environmental health, safety concerns and advise rectification method.
• Submit monthly reports on any misuse of properties.
• Attend to all complaints/feedback, incidents and crisis situations and submit incident reports.
• Coordinate, attend meetings and/or inspections and follow-up with Authorities/Departments and services providers.
• Manage and Maintain the M&E services and equipment in the properties.
• Recommend and seek approval from client for all repair/replacement works.
• Collate and maintain all utilities and data of the properties.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to the Construction Manager
• To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day management of the site
• Lead site teams (up to 25 persons)
• Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, etc.
• Establish good relationship with all relevant partie
• Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements
• Ensure Site required documents are in good order

Requirements:

• Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Preferably Experience on LTA and PUB projects.
• Basic Experience in dealing with local Authorities / Stakeholders
• Problem Solving Mentality
• Strong Skills in work preparation, scheduling and supervision
• Prepared to work day or night shifts - 6 days / week
• Positive personality and good team player.
• Able to multi task and work in tight schedules.
