• Monitors the cost on all phases of planning and construction with the parties concerned.
• Work closely with PM in preparing monthly updated project progress and costing.
• Working experience in main contractor firm is an advantage.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years above contract management.
• Thorough knowledge of the Singapore public contracts.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Mandarin.
• Class 3 driving license (if any).
