Major Responsibilities

• Ensure site operations, including incident management and escalation in accordance with approved Client/JLL procedures.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall Role

The Technician is to assist the engineer and Technician in day-to-day management of M&E operations and preventive maintenance in our client’s corporate office facilities. We are seeking an individual with experience of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) / Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination for Fortis Construction Pte. Ltd. Singapore operations throughout the six-year design and construction phase of the largest multistory data center in Asia (The Project).

Reporting to the Design Manager, the candidate will be accountable for coordinating and collaboration among Fortis' BIM team and subcontractors. Knowledge and implementation experience of necessary BIM software technologies is required. This role is focused primarily on coordinating BIM on a large complex program with stringent standards and integrated QA/QC requirements. As the team is built and the project gets underway, the long-term vision/preference is to expand this team and potentially support Fortis Construction, Inc. projects for the same client and ultimately have a Southeast Asia-based BIM department.

Reports to the Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to the maintenance, security and management of the Building.

Responsibilities:

• General administration of all building works/service contracts, carpark management, security and fire protection system.
• Oversee all aspects of common areas defects, repairs & maintenance matters, plumbing, sanitary, carpark and fire & security matters.
• Planning and implementation of building maintenance programmes such as preventive, corrective maintenance, inspection schedules and programmes relating to security.

The Safety Officer duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensure all Statutory act & regulations, company safety rules & regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied by all staff.
