Work Location: near Toa Payoh MRT/Bus Interchange

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle emails, inquiries
• Manage and organize project-related documents
• Assist with the preparation of reports
• Maintain accurate records of contract-related correspondence and documentation.
• Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and office supply management.
• Arrange in matertial deliveries and coordination with site vendors/suppliers

Qualification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
• Familiarity with contract management processes.
• Experience or background in Quantity Surveying is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong email communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
