4. Virtual Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct virtual sales presentations and negotiations with clients using video conferencing and online communication tools, effectively communicating the value proposition of construction products and services.
5. Remote Sales Training and Development: Provide remote training and development opportunities for the sales team, including product knowledge sessions, sales techniques workshops, and skill enhancement programs, to ensure high-performance standards.
6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Implement remote sales reporting systems to track sales performance, analyze data, and generate sales forecasts. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales metrics, market trends, and business opportunities.
7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Job Description

• Work closely with the Project Team to identify and define scope of work and deliverables, client's needs and expectations, site survey and measurement.
• Forecast resources needed to complete project
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
• Manage costs in order to meet budget
• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
• Manage construction schedule and activities, to ensure the projects are is on schedule, within budget and completed with good quality.
• Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
• Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
• Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Coordinate with key stakeholders such as contractors, customers, QE/PE to meet authorities requirements and obtain the permits required for project completion
• Upon completion of project, ensure proper project handover and follow up on maintenance services.
