Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the construction project, including preparing contractual and tender documents, and identifying the project requirements.
• Implement established policies to manage construction sites, assess progress reports to manage time, cost, and quality.
• Serve as a primary contact between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance aligns with stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections for compliance with regulatory standards and evaluate subcontractor performance.
• Support purchasing activities by ensuring materials is sourced according to project timelines, client’s requirements and budget.
• Ensure compliance Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies.
• Manage project completion and closure by verifying defect lists, overseeing commissioning and testing, and preparing handover documents.
• Helps to drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and issuing accurate quotations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports for management, and ensure all permits and licenses are secured and updated.

• Diploma in Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferably with relevant knowledge in cleanroom industry or Electrical & ACMV working experiences.
• Good understanding with construction processes, materials, and industry standards is an added advantage.
• Commitment to professional growth and development in project management practices.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
