• Strong knowledge in Building Automation System (BAS) / Building Management System (BMS)

Job Description :

• Responsible for the running of day-to day operations of the job sites.
• To conduct regular clealiness inspection within the premises.
• To ensure cleaning processes are carried out smoothly to meet quality standard.
• To monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure cleaning equipment are available in working condition at all times.
• To assist site supervisors in recruitment and training of cleaners for jobsites.
• To assist site supervisors plan periodic work schedules for the jobsites.

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 years experience as Area Cleaning Operations Manager.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Possess good communication skills and can-do attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to recruit cleaning staff / crew.
• Possess class 3 driving license.

• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects ;
• Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage ;
• Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project
• Diploma or equivalent in Land Surveying ;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in condominium or large projects as Land Surveyor

Job Description

• Supervise all engineering works, restricted activities civil, architectural, electrical and mechanical works carried out by the Contractors, SWCs, etc for all Works within the Railway Protection Zone

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in the construction of civil and structure projects or related field ;
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board and is registered as Resident Engineer with Institution of Engineers Singapore ;
