• In-charge of submission and review of documentation
• To prepare cost estimation, budget & control & to check sub- contractor’s progress claim
• To plan manpower, tools and materials for the work
• Ensuring project meet deadlines
• Coordination of structural works during construction process
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, main contractor, Subcontractors & authorities to ensure work progression is on schedule
• To assist Project Manager on coordination work, planning and monitoring site's workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of project documentation, plans and reports etc.
• To ensure the project team complies with safety regulation
· Reviewed shop drawings, submitted from sub-contractor and made submission to consultants
