Job Responsibilities:

• Render all M&E Engineering support to the M&E Manager/Project Manager for the successful execution of the project.
• Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule.
• To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed and attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
• Prepare structural penetration shop-drawing for approval
• Oversee and guide all M&E staff/Supervisors/sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out in accordance to the approved shop drawings, materials and method statements.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive M&E progress report with photographs when required.
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirement

• Diploma, Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience for Main Contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects
• Strong in communication skill and a team player

Job Description

• Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, office stationery, office maintenance, attendance checking on time management system)
• Provide clerical & administrative support to project team, etc.
• Handle foreign worker related duties such as work pass application/renewal, worker employment contract (in both English & Chinese), medical examination arrangement, training courses application, registration of address in MOM portal, etc.
• Handle all related Workers Dormitory Issues and PCP applications
• Responsible for the maintenance, co-ordination and administrative set up of system access activation and de-activation (from on-boarding to off-boarding) and updating of employees database
• Responsible for Filing, Labeling, Storing and Maintain up-to-date file records, office supplies and assets to enable quick retrieval and always available
• Assist in any routine and ad-hoc HR & Admin duties

Job Requirement

• Diploma in HR / Business-related studies or equivalent
• Min 2 years HR Admin WPOL experience in construction sector
• Able to communicate to Chinese Construction Workers is a must
• Independent and able to multitask & hardworking
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mon to Sat (5.5 Day Week)

Responsibilities:

1. Manages the team responsible for erecting steel frames, beams, columns, and other steel components, ensuring proper alignment and assembly.
2. A thorough understanding of blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural plans is essential to ensure that steel structures are constructed accurately.
3. Directing a team of steelworkers, welders, and laborers, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity and quality.
4. Enforcing safety standards and regulations (such as OSHA guidelines) to protect workers and minimize accidents on site.
5. Ensuring that materials and workmanship meet the specified standards and that construction progresses according to schedule.
6. Coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure the steel structure meets the overall design and construction timeline.
7. Addressing any challenges that arise on the job site, whether related to materials, logistics, or design issues.
8. Overseeing the delivery and usage of steel materials, ensuring they are stored and handled safely and efficiently.
9. Updating project managers or supervisors on the progress of the steel structure and any issues encountered.

Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent certificate in construction management or structural engineering
2. Min 3 year of relevant experience in steel construction or a related field, as a steelworker or welder.
3. Deep understanding of steel structures, welding, fabrication processes, and construction techniques.
4. Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
