Responsibilities:

1. Manages the team responsible for erecting steel frames, beams, columns, and other steel components, ensuring proper alignment and assembly.
2. A thorough understanding of blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural plans is essential to ensure that steel structures are constructed accurately.
3. Directing a team of steelworkers, welders, and laborers, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring productivity and quality.
4. Enforcing safety standards and regulations (such as OSHA guidelines) to protect workers and minimize accidents on site.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the building construction industry in Singapore, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Experience in HDB Tender/Project is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Experienced in tendering for projects.
• Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Skilled in project management software.

Job Description
