The Construction Coordinator will supervise and coordinate the activities for the tools under their ownership. The CC’s will report to the Project Manager and will take responsibility for implementation of the plans developed by the Project Manager. TI Construction Coordinator (“CC”) is focal point of all trade activities for the respective Tool install area. The Construction Coordinator (“CC”) will work directly with our client to ensure successful delivery of all applicable tool install scope.

Job Scope:

Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Review Design Packages at all stages of process - look for known past issues and ensure design is constructible.
• Be compliant with the Clients agreed documentation control systems.
• Work with Safety Officers and Contractors to ensure solutions are in place on high-risk tasks
• Coordinate individual trade contractor work, interrelated trade contractor work, and coordinate all Client support groups e.g., Fab Impacts/LSS/EHS/Test & Balance/Gas Pad Ops/CS Operations, QA/QC and also Vendor co-ordination for tool assembly.

• Control and work in alignment with trade foreman on dedication of each crew in FA, plan start and completion task and know the progress of task at all times

Job Requirements

• Valid certification as a Commercial Diver from a recognized training institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial diving operations.

Technical coordinators provide basic administrative and light tech support services to assist with a project or the operation of a department. They often handle routine paperwork, data entry, preparing and processing of documents, and responding to general requests for information. They also assist with the creation of spec sheets, promotional collateral, and other materials. They may assist with billing, inventory, and logistical tasks, as well, and often relay information and materials between departments or individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain Safety Management System, Safe Work Procedures, and Risk Assessments.
• Identify improvement areas and monitor implementation of recommended measures through site inspections and team engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to plan, implement, and maintain effective WSHE work plans.
• Investigate WSH infringements and industrial accidents, recommending preventive actions.
• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and propose corrective measures.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, GGB, ConSASS, and Bizsafe.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on WSH issues.

Requirements:

• Registered WSHO & ECO Officer
• At least 5 working experience in construction industry (design & build/industrial warehouse)
• Working experience with A1 or A2 construction company.

• Coordinate and work closely with clients and our Sales and Project teams with regard to project execution and site installation, including site surveys, measurements and site visits to track installation and works progress;
• Assist the Project Manager with site supervision, contract documentation and other administrative matters;
• Coordination and compilation of project documentation/shop drawings/as-built drawings/photos, etc for submission to clients, their consultants and other authorities as required;

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To carry out all responsibilities of a Site Supervisor in a Construction site.

2. Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.

3. To oversee daily operation at site. Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.

4. Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction Programme.

5. Schedule, control and monitor all sites and materials on a weekly basis. Ensure all work is completed to programme.

6. To ensure that workers comply with all safety measures required. Require to carry out the effective implementation of work safety programme.

7. Report and assist Project Director and relevant Personnel. Fulfil the role of Temporary Works Co-Ordinator when required.

8. Liaise with sub-contractors Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Agent, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.

Job Requirements
