Responsibilities
- To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.
- Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
- Ensure safe work environment on site.
- Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise all works, including Civil and architectural works, road works and utilities diversion
- Work closely with architects, sub-contractor and other professional.
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in the construction industry required.
- Able to lead and work independently.
- Shift work and weekend duty is required.
