COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and other relevant.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in safety legislation and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees.
- Promote safety awareness and foster a safety culture within the organization.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Perform regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace.
- Ensure that safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are maintained and used properly.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Conduct emergency drills and ensure all staff are trained in emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Prepare and submit safety reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior/Head of Department.
- Minimum WSH Level C or Degree in WSH or equivalent is preferred
- Must hold a valid Singapore registered WSHO license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Well-Versed in Workplace Safety & Health Act
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- 6 days work week.
- Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license.
