Responsibilities:

1. Manages the team responsible for erecting steel frames, beams, columns, and other steel components, ensuring proper alignment and assembly.
2. A thorough understanding of blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural plans is essential to ensure that steel structures are constructed accurately.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the building construction industry in Singapore, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Experience in HDB Tender/Project is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Experienced in tendering for projects.
• Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Skilled in project management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the development of BIM models across various disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.).
• Ensure the integration of models from different teams and disciplines, ensuring compatibility and alignment with project requirements.
• Facilitate the use of common data environments (CDE) for the management and sharing of BIM data and models.
• Ensure that all team members adhere to project-specific BIM protocols, standards, and workflows.
• Use BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Revit) to perform clash detection and conflict resolution between models.
• Coordinate the resolution of clashes or conflicts by collaborating with design teams to make necessary adjustments to the models.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
