Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations to achieve all key project target.

Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies, and other problems.

• Report and escalate to Management as needed.

• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven at least 3 years of working experience in project management in the public and private residential, government and commercial building projects.

• Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&E works.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Driving within and Outside Construction Site,
2. Disciplined, Responsible, punctual and Reliable,
3. Minimum 3 years Heavy Vehicle Driving Experience ,
4. Familiar with Singapore Roads and comply to Traffic Regulations,
5. To Perform all Duties assigned by the Supervisor,
6. To maintain the vehicles condition, perform basic preventive maintenance,
7. must possess Class 4 Driving Licence and No demerit points,
8. Conduct inspection daily to ensure vehicle is safe

Note: Project site is in Johor Bahru, Malaysia

• To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met
• To be responsible for overall co-ordination and management of construction projects including progress, logistics, quality, cost and client relations
• To coordinate between client, architects, engineers and consultants
• To monitor the use of site labour, materials and plant resources in accordance with the project cost budget
• To manage the implementation of the master programs, manpower, materials & plant schedules
• To ensure all short-term programs are properly reviewed and communicated to all parties concerned
• To ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations
• To provide effective and efficient site administration, meetings and reporting
• To plan and organize various statutory inspections
• To act as client representative, managing the daily running of the project
• To facilitate progress meetings and produce project reports
• To update the master programs.
• To facilitate site meetings and inspections to report on quality and progress
• To manage other consultants and the professional team
• To assist with the procurement and appointment of other consultants as needed
