The Role

Job Description

• Identify and develop sales opportunities, business development and market penetration
• Develop business plans & sales strategies to expand new sales leads to achieve sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships & credibility with customers
• Work closely with the internal team to close sales
• Manage existing key account customers and establish new prospective customers account (Property developers, project managers, architects, M&E consultants and Interior Designers)
• Coordinate and attend site meeting with suppliers, main contractor, consultants and developers
• Gather costing, generate a quotation, tender submission, and regular follow up

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Engineering sectors (experienced in M&E / ACMV / Construction will be an advantage)
• Knowledge and experience in tender / business development are welcome
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering / Business Management or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Excels, Words, Power Point, AutoCad
• Good leadership skill, Problem solving, Good conversational & writing skills, strong business acumen, self- driven, negotiation skill
