1) Assist M & E team with assembly and disassembly of TBM.

2) All aspects of TBM operation including maintenance of line and grade of the tunnel while steering the TBM, as well as operation of the segment erector and annular grouting systems.

3) Undertake cutterhead and tool inspection during the drive, take charge of emergency situations within the TBM.

4) Identify and communicate any and all working environment safety hazards.

5) Minimum 3 years experience as a TBM Operator. Experience in Slurry Plant is also an additional advantage.

6) Possess certificate in Building Construction Supervsiors Safety Course (BCSS) and Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS-T).

1) Supervise and coordinate activities of tunnel construction crew engaged in sinking shafts, boring tunnels, placing tunnel segments, moving shield forward, and excavating in front of shield

2) Determine spacing, alignment, and depth of blast holes.

3) Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned, and ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations

4) Manage and supervise site workers for each shift.

5) Ensure completion of work in accordance to main contractor program and requirements safely with no accidents and incidents.

6) Troubleshooting and submit in-house report

7) Must know how to do hands-on training to do erecting of segment, ring building etc.

8) Able to do shift work (day and night shift)

9) Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervision of temporary works and underground structure or tunnelling.

10) Possess Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor and BCSS-T

Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications

Oversees progress on-site work and resolves any arising issues

Collaborate with clients and consultants in design reviews

Work with the relevant parties in the authorities' submission, project execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision

Ensures design quality and authority compliance
