Job Description & Requirements

· Supervise and lead workers to perform on site work for Carpentry Formworks and reinforcement of concrete works.

· Ensure All Timber Formwork Structural reinforcement and job as per SS requirements

· Able to read drawings

· Able to carry out construction work involving Formwork /Reinforcement /Concreting

· Able to have Timber/ Aluminium/ Steel Structural Formwork acknowledge

· Able to do costing of Formwork materials

· Responsible for reading and interpreting drawing

· Calculation quantity of material requirement

· Monitor Shutter making and assembling process

· To take responsibly practicable, such measures as are necessary to ensure that during the properly erected

- Degree/ Diploma in Building

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction

- Ability to interact efficiently at all levels and liaise with Consultants and subcontractors

- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of specific goals

- Ensure the timely and costly completion of Construction Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Project Cost Consultant duties.
• Prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation.
• Sourcing of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist in tender preparation and participation
• Preparation of technical details & costing for tender submission
• Coordinate with Main-Con and sub-con for progress claims, variation works and finalization of accounts
• Carry out other Contracts Administration activities.
• All other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore construction firm.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, Employment Income Tax and other government claims.
• Prepare GST and perform full set of accounts.
• Assist in checking invoices and payment to suppliers.
• Process claims and reimbursement of internal staffs.
• Process work pass applications/ cancellations/transfers (work permit & S pass).
• Handle insurance renewal and claims matters.
• Assist on a whole recruitment process and other HR relevant matter.
• Handle admin duties including internal procurement, emails and calls.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned as well.

Requirements:

• Immediately availability preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Min 1 years relevant working experience.
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Proficient in MS office.

• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.
• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
• Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
• Technical expertise and knowledge in Foundation, Structural and Building works
• Good knowledge on method statements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for direct work for Reinforced Concrete Works for Drainage and Tunnel top & bottom slab construction (Rebar & RC Formwork).

• Overseeing and monitoring on-site the daily construction and site coordination of construction activities for rebar & formwork.

• Check shopdrawings for the preparation of structure works.

• Responsible for rebar BBS Schedule.

• Arrange works to workers.

• Control and minimize material wastages.

• In-charge of Inspection with RE / RTO.

• Ensure safe working conditions for workers.

• At least 25 years working experience in the field of Reinforced Concrete Works.

• Good in assessing rebar quantities based on construction drawings and must have good working experience in Reinforced Concrete Works.

Others (if any) : Experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.

Construction Manager

The successful candidate must:

· Responsible for supervision of all site work in cooperation with Project Managers;

· Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations, including site progress, quality, safety, and project cost monitoring;

· Assist to review and develop project schedule with Project Planner for the project detailed construction plan and ensure it complies with customer specifications, engineering deliverables and meet delivery dates;

· Identify any deviations from the agreed scope or premises of the project, assess the impact and ensure remedial action during the construction planning and execution;

· Prepare weekly progress reports inputs and other deliverables of project as required by Project Managers;

· Ensure project quality plan is carried out and in line with audit requirements;

· Assist Project Manager to organise weekly toolbox meeting and housekeeping, respective site operational meetings on related project matters

Requirement:

· At least a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or related discipline;

· Minimum 5 years relevant local experience in MEP services, E&M systems and Civil and Structural works, preferably in construction industry;

· Able to lead teams and manage effectively;

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Working Time: Monday -Friday 9:00am-6:00pm ;Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm

Requirements and skills

Work experience as an Accountant

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, Xero and

Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
