Qualifications

Summary

This position is accountable for preparing the detailed Construction plans in accordance with the JGCAP’s company policies as the key person under the direction by JGCAP’s Site In-charge/ Project Manager and coordinating all construction activities on site among all JGCAP’s disciplines including subcontractors using his technical experiences and construction know-how and ensuring the completion of the work on schedule.

Job Description:

• Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement.
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections on mainly Structural Works and Architectural Works.
• Assist project teams on the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of invoices i.e. scanning, updating and posting of invoices in system
• Processing of payments to vendors and perform bank reconciliation
• Liaison with vendors for missing invoices/payment status
• Attach daily bank advice in accounting system
• To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• O Levels/ LCCI / Certificate / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
