Our Allianz Risk Consulting (ARC) team is made up of experienced engineers from a wide range of technical and scientific disciplines and provides a flexible range of risk consulting services, from natural hazards, fire safety, and human and organizational risk factors to in-depth analysis of industry operations, and financial exposures, across all industry sectors and risks.

The Impact You Will Have

As one of the ARC Global Heads, you will be responsible for providing and then driving through the strategic vision of ARC, and your specific focus will be on Natural Resources & Construction. Working with our Underwriting teams, you will ensure that ARC deliverables are fully aligned with Underwriting and client needs.

You will deliver our global business objectives, driving improvement throughout the ARC operations, and leading any required change management across ARC globally; you participate very actively in ARC Council Meetings, allocate ARC resources according to strategic decisions and empower the managers reporting into you to take up the challenges with success.

You are also the main spokesperson, a global ambassador and arbitrator for ARC in all business issues for Natural Resources and Construction.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Implementing and driving ARC objectives and strategy, achieving strategic goals, and aligning with business functions across the company
• Delivering agreed global objectives for ARC, optimizing processes to meet our Allianz Commercial goals, and implementing cross line of business (LoB) initiatives

What You’ll Bring to the Role

We are looking for an experienced risk engineer in large corporate insurance, ideally with senior management or strategy-setting experience. Subsidiaries Sales Support/Marketing Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating, altering, and repairing garments and other textile products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent sewing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent would be required to mend, repair, and alter guest clothing and employee uniforms by hand stitching, applying adhesive patches, or using a sewing machine. Distribute clean uniforms to personnel according to company specifications. Send damaged uniforms to appropriate location (e.g., seamstress, Housekeeping, outside vendor) for repair. Document guest requests for laundry/dry cleaning, minor repair, and pressing of garments in accordance with company specifications. Record assigned and unassigned uniforms as they are distributed, returned, or cleaned. Inspect uniforms for damage and remove substandard uniforms from circulation and issue replacements.
