Responsibilities

• Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs and an achievable project timeframe
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers and other relevant technical personnel for quotations
• Submission of progress claims and variation claims
• Work closely with Project Team members on costing for projects
• Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors
• All other QS related job

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building construction or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in Building construction industry
• Proven working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Hiring, training and coaching of the sales team

• Identifying business opportunities

• Driving sales growth through marketing programs, programs and campaigns

• Sourcing new and existing customers

• Managing sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting

• Tracking and reporting sales activity in CRM tool

• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities

• Proactively communicating with customers and conducting follow-up questions

• Updating and maintaining sales materials and computer systems

• Carry out quantity take-off and Prepare Bill of Quantities, familiarisation with Glodon software – Cubicost for use in Tender.
• Attend site visits, if necessary.
• Source for supplier and sub-contractor for quotation.
• Analyse and compare quotations.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.
• Assist Contracts Manager to ensure completeness of tender documents for submission and timely submission.
• Assist Contracts Manager to clarify and resolve Tender Questionnaires issued by Client/Consultants.
• To seek clarification and confirmation on Tender Questionnaires from supplier/sub-contractor.
• All other adhoc work assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma or Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Construction industry

Coordinate and Monitor all Architecture trade

• Submission of sample/ shop drawing/ catalogues & technical documents for consultants approval and keep track of all approvals , feedback/ comments form consultants for subsequence processing
• Coordinate with others discipline (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings
• Check all drawings and prepare RFI for all discrepancies
• Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval
• Coordinate with VDC/ BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue
• Prepare work method of statement for submission
• Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works
• Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO
• Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision
• To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works
• Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit
• Able to lead and work independently

• Full spectrum of Human Resources which includes Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll, Performance Management and Office administration
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and creation of talent pipelines to meet recruitment goals
• Oversee and manage internal Human Resources function, reporting to Director
• Able to do payroll, monthly and reporting of all aspects related to staffing and payroll
• Required software: MYOB payroll system
• General knowledge of various employment laws, familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney
• At least Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent

• Managing the Civil & Structure and Architectural Works for Building Works
• Coordinating with internal E&M Construction Team and SWC
• Responsible for all construction activities of Building Works for the project
• Plan the sequence of works, prepare weekly and monthly schedule of works based on base line program and as per site requirements
• Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and Quality Methods
• Arrange and conduct daily Tool Box Talk, Control the Senior Engineer and Engineer force (or sub-contractor) with his assistance
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and submit to Senior Construction Manager
• In charge of resolve site issues and necessary approval by client (QPS and Client)
• If require any traffic, utility or such as diversion which is under your responsibility and control, conduct in due time with safe manner

Job Requirements

• Min 10 years of relevant working experience for Building Works
• Min Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent
• Skilled at organizing tasks and establishing priorities to increase efficiency and achieve maximum results
• Proficient at AutoCAD & MS Office
