Driving excellent daily operations
First things first, your chief concern is to ensure a safer and more comfortable work environment to work in and visit. Part of the checklist you will run through are to plan and execute all preparations needed for meetings and conferences with clients and VIP visits. Likewise, the building condition and housekeeping all fall into your realm.
Being dedicated to great results
You should be mobile and capable of working anywhere because you will perform daily check-ins around the building and lobby to ensure high housekeeping standards. You’ll also see to it that both the building’s interior and exterior are well-maintained. Whatever mix-ups or jams that you spot, you should be quick to figure out the best repairs. Your input and ideas will be sought to help steer the team in directions that help make the facility perform at its best. A typical day for you also involves contact with vendors—reviewing their services and coordinating with them for the resolution of any service issues.
Promoting client satisfaction
In this role, you’ll build and maintain positive tenant relationships by providing excellent customer services that follow key performance indicators agreed by the client and the company. You’ll also handle client/tenant queries, attend meetings and coordinate with the local authorities as required.
You’ll be working frequently with tenants, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the tenants’ expectations are met each time. Also, ensure tenants fitout works are carried out in accordance to house rules as well as ensuring proper handing and taking over of premises for incoming / outgoing tenants
Shaping a system of best practices
In this role, you’ll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. You’ll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
