3. Attend site meeting.

4. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.

5. Conduct site inspections and supervision to ensure works carry out comply with quality standards, drawings and project specifications.

6. Co-ordinate with the Structural, Architectural and M & E staff to resolve related problems and issues.

7. Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.

8. To perform QA/QC role on area assigned and to ensure safety regulations are being compiled on site.

9. Prepare progress report, project handover report and claim report.

Job Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building

2. Familiar with use of Microsoft project, AutoCAD, REVIT and BIM will be advantage.

3. Min 1 to 2 years' site supervision experience

• Planning, Developing, initiating and managing all phases of projects
• Preparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors
• Collaborating with Project Managers for proper allocation and tracking of resources
• Guiding the workers to do the work properly
• Maintaing the safety in the worksite

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing goals are aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and attend business meetings, events, and promotional activities in China.
• Travel to China up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend key events.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or client management, preferably in the Chinese market.
• Strong understanding of Chinese culture, consumer behavior, and business practices.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to China frequently (approximately 50% of the time).
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools in China (WeChat, Baidu, etc.) is a plus.
