Salary: $2,800 to $3,000
Work Location: Kallang
Work Days: 5 Days (8:45pm to 5:45pm)

Responsibilities:
• Handling feedback or complaints received from tenant/buyer.
• Maintaining proper records of feedback or complaints.
• Liaise with tenants for renovation submission.
• Liaise with tenant / buyer / contractors for necessary works.
• Tracking of reinstatement / repair works / servicing schedules.
• Other ah-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Nitec/Diploma holders with 2 to 3 years with relevant working experiences in MCST office
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Meticulous and independent
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Singaporean only need apply

2. Sales Support:

• Assist with property sales processes, such as delivering brochures, documents, or materials to clients.

• Occasionally accompany the employer to client meetings or viewings to provide logistical support.

3. Commission Opportunity:

• Help identify property sales opportunities during interactions or through personal networks.

• Earn commission for successful property sales or referrals directly contributed by your efforts.

Requirements

• Valid driving license with a clean record.

• Performed Cabinet assembly with the use of hand tools.
• Assisted with all aspects of the assembly team.
• Read detailed schematics for cabinets and executed assembly accurately.
• Helped with delivering and manually installing cabinets.
• Installed cabinets in residential homes.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
• Supervisory experience in foundation & structural works on site
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude
